China was not a relaxing trip - we were on the go constantly. The people we saw were on the
go as well - everyone walking fast, biking faster and driving crazy. BUT their overall attitude and personality was
very laid back and friendly. It seemed an odd mixture with the police presence in many places. Here's a sample
of faces/people we saw in our 8 short days.

We saw everything from plants and beds to watermelons and chickens transported on bikes. |

All serious - just outside the Forbidden City. |

There were guards/police EVERYWHERE. They would never let us take their picture, so we got sneaky. |

Fresh fruit?? We were told not to eat any unless we peeled first. China uses heavy pesticides. |

This guy woke up after our picture and gave us a ride - Bejing. |

Warriors posing outside the Forbidden City. |

This girl kept yelling "Hello, Hello!" and then hiding from us - outside our hostel in Xian. |

We met this man selling books on the Great Wall. |

This guy let us take his picture for a dollar - Great Wall. |

Cruising at 5 miles an hour . . . |

Many wanted pics with foreigners - so we asked a few for their pic too - Tianemen Square. |

Aaron and Eea - married couple from our school. He is fluent in Chinese and was a great guide. |
